2/13 Easy run

Planned: 30-35 min Easy Run (8:15 mile)

Easy run? Not yet. It was all I could do to make it through this, but it was manageable. Brain starts breaking things down: OK, I'm a tenth of the way through,, now a sixth, now half...

Actual: 30 minutes at 8:15

I find my brain does something similar when doing my 20 minute workout. First, 15 minutes to go, then 10, 5, and the 4,3,2,1 count down. It's a fat burn routine where I keep my heart beat within the target range for 15 minutes. It's a great workout. Not on a tread mill, just can't remember the name of the machine. Enjoying the running blog.
