That's what I needed this morning; an easy run, to stretch the kinks out from the weekend and yesterday. Still a little stiff, in the calves particularly, but felt pretty good.
Planned:
40-45 min Easy Run (8:15)
Actual:
45 minutes @ 8:15 pace
5.44 miles in 4 minutes

Nice to have an easy run once in awhile and to hit the time on the mark. I hit my target heart rate for 20 minutes this morning with more ease that previously. It felt good!
