3/26 Easy run

Pretty easy workout this morning, just a half an hour. Only notable thing was that I've now put over 200 miles on my latest pair of shoes, according to the Shoe Tracker on Mapmyrun.com.

Planned:
30-35 min easy run (8:15)

Actual:
30 minutes @ 8:15 pace
3.62 miles in 30 minutes.
