Did a basic intervals workout, 8 x 2 minutes with 2 minute jogs. Not bad - short intervals with long recovery times. (Contrast this with my first interval workout, 11 weeks ago...) Taper starts now - 3 more easy-ish runs until race day.
Planned:
15 minute warm up (9:00 pace)
8 x 2 minute intervals (6:30 pace) with 2 minute jogs in between
15 minute warm down
Actual:
