Intervals cut short

I was kind of surprised at how sore my legs were Monday, after the half marathon on Sunday. Headed out for an interval workout this morning anyway, but only got 2 of my planned 5 4-minute intervals done - legs just weren't there. Maybe I need more recovery time from a long run. Have to remember that for next week; got a http://turisrunning.blogspot.com/2008/10/motivation-maybe.html planned for Sunday...

There was a lot of pounding to the legs on those downhills... Maybe we should have jumped in the creek afterwards! :) Yeah, right. I'm feeling it in my legs too~
