Boh-ring...

Day 5 - longest run, up to 90 minutes. Had to go out too early to really want to run outside, plus I didn't have a route in mind for that distance. Sooo, to the gym. A little core workout, then onto the treadmill. Set it for 8:36/mile pace (although my footpod read faster than that, about 8:22) and just cranked it out. Had to pause and reset the treadmill after an hour, a little blip on the graph for that. Felt strong all the way, though, and did the last 5 minutes at 8:15 pace.



Boredom was only alleviated by the audio book I had downloaded last night; Katherine Neville's "Fire", sequel to "The Eight."

90 min- that's a good workout! I'm going to have to wait for my long run until this weekend. Hope it's as nice outside on Saturday as it is today! :)
