Day 10 - longish

60 minute easy run this morning - did it on the treadmill because I wanted to get a little strength workout at the gym, too. Made for a really boring chart/graph:



Hard to tell from the graph, but you can tell from the splits - I did the last 5 minutes or so faster than the rest. Trying to make up for my apparent inability to dig for speed near the end of a race.

Listened to some more audio book, caught the end of some Hawaii basketball game. Pretty basic morning, really.

Rest day tomorrow, then a 5k at better than 10K pace (-7:14/mile) on Thursday morning.

increase in pace, no real jump in HR. way to go!

but 60 minutes on a treadmill...ugh:)

You haven't lived until you've done 2:20 on a treadmill. Been there, done that.

Whoa. 90 minutes is my longest treadmill session - I was bored out of my skull, and I think I bruised the bottom of my big toe somehow. But better than running in a blizzard...

No, but that's really the only excuse for doing a REALLY long run on the treadmill...
