Speed and soreness

Did a couple mornings of speedwork this week; an interval session Wednesday and a solid tempo run this morning. Felt that nice, sweet soreness this morning afterwards. Hadn't got quite that feel for awhile.

Not much else to report here. Getting ready to start a little 19-day training program looking to a Turkey Trot, it'll be nice to be back on a schedule.

Sounds good- I had some of that soreness after my dodge ball tournament~ lasted like 3 days! :) Glad you have a schedule- that always helps...
