And I got my heart rate above 170 today, which I don't think I've done since I've been tracking it on this watch.

I love these track intervals, though - they make such a cool graph in Garmin Training Center:

After the workout, I pulled out my camera for a few shots. Here's resting on the side of the football field, rocking the new shoes:

And a sign that we had to run by on every lap:

Nice, huh? This on the same campus where I saw this Apostrophe Catastrophe...

Yeah you're totally on my Poop List ;-) No snow? No tights? No gloves? I hate NY LOL
Oh, it was cold this morning. 20's to start out. I wore sweats, but not to run in. Gloves, definitely. Nice sunny day, but the high is right around 50.
It was chilly out, for sure! You almost can't see my hand in that picture either... :)
Wow. Yet ANOTHER reason to get a Garmin. Do you have the ability to pause between repeats, or do you just let the garmin keep going during your recoveries?
I don't know if there's a way to pause - I just let it run for the rest period, too. If you look at that first graphic, the chart, you'll see every other lap is a rest period of about 60 seconds.
