Day 11 - The great pyramid


Wow, that makes 40 minutes on the treadmill almost sound exciting. Not so much. I call the workout I did this morning the "pyramid" - a mile at 9:00 pace, then one at 8:00, 7:00, 8:00 and back to 9:00. As a matter of fact, I think I did the same set last Thursday. Could I be getting into a rut? I'll have to mix it up next week... At any rate, another 5 miles on the board.
