Nine minutes into my ten-minute warm-up on the treadmill this morning, I still didn't know whether I was going to try my interval workout or not. I had planned to do as many five-minute intervals as I could, figuring at least three, five if I was feeling good.
Decided not to. I think it was a good decision - I just wasn't feeling strong. Instead, I bumped the seed up a little for ten minutes, then back to the original pace for ten. Called it a 30 minute easy run on the treadmill. 3.4 miles. A little disappointing, but good enough.

I definitely wouldn't put FAIL in the header for your run- you RAN didn't ya? :) Even if it wasn't what you wanted workout-wise, at least you're keeping up with your goal! Yay!
Failed at the intervals, though. And looking at the chart, my heart rate was strangely high for running at 9 min/mile pace. Wonder what was up with me this morning?
