Continuing with trying to up my interval speed on the treadmill. I did 4:00 intervals this morning, again at 6:00/mile pace. Was hoping for 5 or 6 of them, but felt like I should stop after 4. With a ten minute watm up and cool down, it was 5.3 miles in 42 minutes.

Finally managed to figure out the radio tune-in to the gym TVs, so I listened to Sportscenter this morning instead of music. Um - yay? Still really couldn't care less about 95% of it, but it's nice to know what's going on, I guess...
