Kokanee Trail Runs

Excellent race near and around Fallen Leaf Lake on the south end of Lake Tahoe. 5K, 10K and half marathon options, more trail than road. Fall colors should just be starting to hit.
Regretfully, the 2013 Kokanee Trail Runs have been cancelled for this year due to Forest Service thinning operations currently taking place in the course area and safety of all runners.

Race for the Cure

The 15th year of the cancer benefit race in Northern Nevada. Course has moved to the Grand Sierra parking lot in the last few years. Get out your pink gear...

Run Ed Run

Benefitting the Douglas County Education Association, there is a 5K/10K and half marathon option down in Minden, with the finish line set up on the track at Douglas High School.
